Growing up in the Ozarks, I learned one of the most important lessons of my life: having the right person in your corner can change everything.
You could say I was a spirited young man with plenty of horsepower, but not always a clear direction. That started to change when I met my stepdad, Terry. Terry was a real estate agent, but more than that, he was someone who believed in people. He showed me what support, guidance, and steady leadership can do in a person’s life.
Watching Terry helped shape the way I see both life and business. He taught me that people do better when they feel seen, understood, and supported. That lesson stuck with me, and it became the foundation for how I serve clients today.
Since getting started in real estate in 2018, I’ve had the privilege of helping over 400 families buy and sell homes across the Ozarks. In my rookie year, I was honored to win Rookie of the Year, just like Terry did in his own first year. That full-circle moment meant a lot to me, not just because of the award, but because of what it represented: hard work, great mentorship, and a real commitment to serving people well.
Today, I’m proud to lead The Property Gurus Real Estate Group, where our team is built around those same values. We believe real estate is about more than transactions. It is about helping people move into the next chapter of their lives with confidence, clarity, and the right support behind them.

Republic Schools continue to attract families, and the city has added major employers — including an Amazon distribution center — along with new retail and restaurant options in recent years. It's about 15 minutes south of Springfield in Christian County, and it draws families who want highly rated schools, well-kept neighborhoods, and a strong sense of community without being far from everything Springfield offers. Nixa High School has been ranked the top high school in the Springfield metro by U.S. News & World Report, and the district as a whole is consistently one of the best in the state. Ozark, MO

The area also puts you closer to Table Rock Lake, the Finley River, and some of the best outdoor access in the region.
