Growing up in the Ozarks, I learned one of the most important lessons of my life. You might have described me as a spirited young man—full of horsepower, but without a clear direction. All that changed when I met my stepdad, Terry. He showed me the power of having someone in your corner, someone to guide you, and someone to believe in you. Terry was a real estate agent.

Terry taught me many things but the biggest ones was the importance of support and guidance. Over the years, I experienced just how far you can go with clarity and support.
